Attorney Katie Twardak Named Partner at Tomasik Kotin Kasserman, LLC

Tomasik Kotin Kasserman, LLC is proud to announce that Katherine A. Twardak has been named a Partner at the firm. Katie has more than a decade of experience representing clients in complex civil litigation cases. She joined the firm in 2019 and has provided dedicated representation in a wide variety of plaintiff's personal injury matters, with an emphasis on medical malpractice. Katie has consistently been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, and she is an active member of multiple legal associations, including the Illinois State Bar Association, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and the Women's Bar Association of Illinois. Katie will be sworn in as the 111th President of the Women's Bar Association of Illinois in June of 2025.
