Referring Lawyers

Tomasik Kotin Kasserman receives case referrals from all types of lawyers and law firms. We feel strongly that our involvement in a case benefits the clients by maximizing their recovery and accordingly benefits the lawyer who referred the case to us. We value our referral relationships and our ability to offer a percentage of our fees to the referring lawyers.

We may be able to assist on a case at any stage of litigation, depending on the facts of the individual case, and even associate in as counsel on the eve of mediation or trial.
