Elaina Stevens joined Tomasik Kotin Kasserman, LLC as an associate attorney in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, Elaina worked as an attorney at another Chicago law firm gaining experience in complex medical malpractice and other personal injury cases.

Elaina is actively involved in the Chicago legal community, particularly in the Young Lawyers Section (YLS) of the Chicago Bar Association. At the CBA, she serves as a member on the YLS Tort Litigation Committee, Women in the Law Committee, @theBar Steering Committee, and as a co-chair for the Moot Court Competition Committee. She was recently elected to a two-year term as a director of the YLS.

Before beginning her practice of law, Elaina attended DePaul University College of Law as an evening student. During her time at DePaul, Elaina continued to grow in her legal experience by working full time as a legal assistant and then as a law clerk. Prior to attending law school, Elaina graduated from Augustana College.
