Daniel Kotin Presents at Illinois Trial Lawyers Association Damages Seminar

Recently, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) held a seminar in Chicago on the topic of damages in personal injury cases. Attorney Daniel Kotin, a founding shareholder of Tomasik Kotin Kasserman, LLC, was one of the speakers at this seminar, and he discussed how demonstrative evidence can be used to maximize damage awards. During his presentation, he looked at how photos, videos, and computer-generated evidence can be used to demonstrate to juries the ways injuries occur and the effects that they can have on victims.
