Shawn Kasserman and Tim Tomasik to Present at ITLA Update & Review Seminar

Shawn Kasserman, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association's Program Planning Chair will be moderating ITLA's Update & Review Seminar on Monday October 14, 2013 at the Westin Hotel in River North. Tim Tomasik, who is often invited to speak on evidentiary issues, will present on party opponent admissions.

Shawn and Tim have each tried dozens of cases to verdict and successfully resolved hundreds of millions of dollars in claims for their clients.

Other topics will include agency and vicarious liability, damages, evidence and procedure, premises liability, product liability, and transportation negligence.
