Tim Tomasik to Co-Chair 360 Advocacy Trucking Conference in April

CHICAGO, IL, FEBRUARY 10, 2017

Tomasik Kotin Kasserman partner Timothy Tomasik will be serving as Co-Planning Chair for a 360 Advocacy conference to be held in Dallas, Texas.

The conference, entitled “A New Look at How to Win Trucking Cases,” includes a faculty of trial lawyers and experts from across the U.S. who have successfully tried trucking accident cases to verdict. Mr. Tomasik will be presenting on dismantling the independent contractor defense and proving agency at trial.

360 Advocacy conferences are forums for the plaintiff bar to learn and collaborate in a confidential setting with the most experienced trial attorneys and specialists in the field. The organization also offers resources such as articles, videos, and opportunities for lawyers to collaborate and connect with conference faculty and colleagues.

The 360 Advocacy conference will be held on April 23rd and 24th, 2017 at the Adolphus Hotel in Dallas.
