Tim Tomasik, Dan Kotin, and Shawn Kasserman All Named to 2021 Illinois Super Lawyers Top 100 List

Timothy Tomasik is a trial attorney who has secured hundreds of millions of dollars for clients in a wide variety of personal injury cases. He served as one of the lead counsel for the Plaintiffs' Executive Committee in litigation against airlines for the World Trade Center attacks on September 11, 2001. He has obtained record verdicts in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and catastrophic property loss. He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and he serves as president of the Illinois chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).

Daniel Kotin has obtained multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements for clients in a wide variety of personal injury cases, including those involving mass transit accidents, medical negligence, product liability, and fire-related injuries. He previously served as the President of the Chicago Bar Association (CBA), and he currently serves on the Executive Council of the National Conference of Bar Presidents. He is also a member of the Board of Managers of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and the Illinois Supreme Court appointed him to serve on the Court Hearing Board of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission.

Shawn Kasserman has obtained more than $150 million in verdicts and settlements for clients in cases involving medical malpractice, construction accidents, and traffic accidents, as well as multiple product liability cases involving injuries to children.
