Tim Tomasik to Present at 360 Advocacy Conference on Post-Pandemic Practice

On October 3-5, 2021, 360 Advocacy will be holding a conference in Las Vegas, Nevada where attorneys can gain insight into how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected trial lawyers. The conference, which is titled "Insights into the Post-Pandemic Practice: Lessons Learned & How to Move Forward," will feature presentations from 21 of the nation’s top trial lawyers who will share what they have learned while practicing during the pandemic.

Attorney Tim Tomasik will be serving on the faculty of this conference and will be presenting on “Capitalizing on Pandemic Deposition Technology to Capture Admissions for Use at Trial.” Other presentations will address issues such as liability in COVID exposure cases, trying cases during and after the pandemic, and how the pandemic has affected the views and attitudes of jurors.
