Tim Tomasik to Present on Special Interrogatories at the ITLA Update and Review Seminar

Tim Tomasik, a founding Partner of Tomasik Kotin Kasserman and a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) Board of Managers, will be presenting on "The Proper Use and Misuse of Special Interrogatories at Trial" before the ITLA Update and Review Seminar on October 20th, 2017. The all-day seminar will cover recent decisions and changes important to trial lawyers, including presentations on cross-examination, construction litigation, jury selection, proximate cause, workers' compensation, and police misconduct cases.
