Tim Tomasik to Serve as Co-Chair of 360 Advocacy's 2022 Trucking Conference

360 Advocacy will be holding its annual trucking conference for 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada on April 3-4. The conference will provide attorneys with the opportunity to gain valuable insight into legal issues that affect truck accident cases and earn credits for continuing legal education. The conference's faculty includes 14 attorneys and other experts who will present on a variety of topics, including distracted driving, driver fatigue, tire failures and other defective equipment, negligent hiring and retention, and data that may affect trucking cases.

Attorney Tim Tomasik will be returning as the Co-Chair of the conference, and he will be presenting on the topic of "Capitalizing on Deposition Technology to Capture Admissions for Use at Trial."
