Timothy S. Tomasik to Speak at the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association's Annual Medical Malpractice Seminar

Timothy S. Tomasik has been invited to speak at the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association’s annual Medical Malpractice Seminar on December 3, 2016. Tomasik, who has obtained numerous high profile verdicts and settlements in medical malpractice cases, will be talking to the group about Psychiatric Malpractice and Self-Harm cases. Tim recently settled a tragic inpatient suicide case on behalf of a family for $3,250,000. Tomasik is part of the half-day seminar that begins at 8:15 a.m. at the Westin River North, 320 N. Dearborn, Chicago, Illinois.
Tim Tomasik was also named Vice President of the Illinois Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). ABOTA was founded in 1958, and is an organization dedicated to defending the American Civil justice system with a membership of more than 7,500 experienced attorneys representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil cases. ABOTA is uniquely qualified to speak for the value of the constitutionally-mandated jury system as a protector of the rights of persons and property.
