Tim Tomasik to Return as Faculty for CBA Advanced Mediation Program

Starting on November 18, 2021, the Chicago Bar Association will be offering an online workshop to help attorneys build their negotiation and mediation skills. Attorney Tim Tomasik will be serving as faculty for this workshop, which will be available on-demand from the CBA's website.

The Advanced Workshop for Improved Negotiation and Mediation Skills will cover strategies for both virtual and in-person mediation, and Mr. Tomasik and other presenters will discuss methods that can be used to resolve disputes effectively, ensuring that attorneys will be able to advocate on behalf of their clients while maintaining fairness and avoiding being taken advantage of.

Participants who complete the webcast before December 19, 2021 will receive a certificate of completion, and they will earn 12.50 IL MCLE Credit. Completion of the course will also meet the education requirements to join the CBA Mediation Service. The cost of the workshop is $525 for CBA Members and $625 for non-members.
