Tim Tomasik to Serve as Co-Chair of 2019 360 Advocacy Trucking Conference

Chicago, IL, February 18, 2019

This month, Attorney Timothy Tomasik will be returning as a co-chair of the 360 Advocacy conference on truck accident litigation. The conference, titled “How to Win Trucking Cases 2019” will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada, and it will feature a wide variety of sessions in which attorneys experienced in plaintiff litigation share their ideas and skills.

Mr. Tomasik will be presenting on dismantling the broker defense and proving agency. Other topics covered during the conference will include building a driver fatigue case, using satellite-based onboard tracking technology, proving negligent hiring and/or retention, and proving standard of care in truck accidents involving bad weather.

360 Advocacy conferences provide attorneys with the opportunity to learn new skills and techniques and collaborate with experienced trial lawyers. In addition, the organization provides resource papers, news articles, and videos for attorneys.

This year’s 360 Advocacy conference will be held on February 24th and 25th, 2019 at the Encore at Wynn Resort in Las Vegas.
