Tomasik Kotin Kasserman, LLC is Filing Suit on Behalf of Passengers Injured in an Amtrak Collision

The last few weeks have seen several Amtrak train crashes across the country, including a deadly collision in Missouri when an Amtrak train traveling almost 90 miles per hour hit a dump truck at a crossing. Four people were killed, including the driver of the truck and three passengers on the train, and about 150 were transported to hospitals for their injuries. The local community had previously raised concerns about the safety of the crossing. Additionally, the crossing was uncontrolled, meaning there were no flashing lights or gates to alert drivers of an oncoming train.
